# Chart comments

> Talk about a market with the rest of your community, right on Lance Trade's chart.

In Lance Trade, members of your community can comment on a market's chart. Only your own community's members see them. Your community's owners can switch comments off.

## Read and write comments

Open a market in Lance Trade and pick the **Comments** tab in the panel under the chart, on a tablet or desktop. You need to be signed in to write.

* **Pin to a candle** ties your comment to a point on the chart.
* React with 👍 💡 👀 or 😂, or **Reply**.
* The first time, you choose a name: 3 to 20 letters, digits, `_` or `.`. It's also your name on the [leaderboard](https://docs.lancetrade.xyz/community/leaderboard.md). Your Telegram username never shows.

## Rules

* Up to 280 characters, at least 15 seconds apart, and 60 a day.
* No links, @usernames, wallet addresses or seed phrases: comments with them are refused.
* Keep it about the market. Comments aren't advice, and nobody should treat them as a reason to trade.

## Report a comment

Tap **Report** on a comment that breaks the rules or looks like a scam. Your community's owners get it in Telegram, and can remove the comment or mute its writer. A muted member can still read comments.
