# Welcome to Lance

> Trade crypto perps on Hyperliquid from your community's Telegram bot, or from Lance Trade in the browser.

Lance gives a trading community its own Telegram trading bot, under the community's own name. Members trade crypto perps on Hyperliquid from the chat, or from **Lance Trade**, a full trading screen in the browser. Lance is built by [Lancers Technology](https://lancers.technology).

## Your funds stay with you

Your money stays in your own Hyperliquid account. When you connect, you approve a trading key that can place and close trades for you.
