It covers the Lance Telegram bots, connect.lancetrade.xyz, Lance Trade at app.lancetrade.xyz and our website at lancetrade.xyz. Words like "Partner" and "trading key" mean the same as in our [Terms of Service](https://docs.lancetrade.xyz/legal/terms.md). We collect what we need to run your bot, place your orders and keep your account secure. We do not need your name or contact details for that, but we may ask for information to check that you can use Lance ([Terms](https://docs.lancetrade.xyz/legal/terms.md), section 3). ## 1. Who we are Chadas Myriad Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62090KA2024PTC188430), trading as Lancers Technology, decides how your personal data is used for Lance. Under data protection law, we are the "controller" (a "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act). Contact us about privacy at [official@lancers.technology](mailto:official@lancers.technology). Each Partner also receives some of your data (see section 5). The Partner is a separate controller and is responsible for how it uses that data. ## 2. Your IP address is not sent to anyone for this. We store only the partly hidden address. Our servers also keep technical logs, which can include your Telegram ID, member number, order IDs and error details. Our hosting provider's request logs include full IP addresses. ## 3. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not show ads. ## 4. What is public on Hyperliquid Hyperliquid is a public blockchain. Anyone can see your wallet's trades, positions and balances, and that your wallet approved a Lance trading key and the Lance fee. Hyperliquid also publishes a daily file of every fill that paid a builder fee, including Lance's fee. We cannot hide or delete this information. ## 5. Who we share it with **Our team.** Authorised Lancers staff can look up a user by Telegram ID, username or wallet address and see their activity across all Lance bots. We do this for support, fee accounting and security. **The Partner whose bot you use.** The Partner sees totals for its bot: members, connected wallets, traders, volume and fees. It also sees a list of its top traders, and can download a file of every fill made through its bot. The list shows your Telegram username (or a shortened wallet address if you have none), linked to your wallet on Hyperliquid's explorer, with your number of fills, your volume and the Partner's share of your fees. The file shows, for each fill, the time, your Telegram user ID and username, wallet address, market, direction, price, size, value, fees and fee token, the Partner's share, realised profit or loss, and Hyperliquid's fill and order IDs. Partners use this to check their share of the fees. **Hyperliquid.** We send your orders to Hyperliquid, signed with your trading key. When you use connect.lancetrade.xyz or Lance Trade, your browser also connects directly to Hyperliquid's public API, so Hyperliquid receives your IP address and wallet address. **Telegram.** Every message between you and a Lance bot passes through Telegram, which handles it under Telegram's own privacy policy. Our messages to you include details of your account and trades. **MetaMask.** If you tap the bot's button to open the wallet page in the MetaMask app, the page's link passes through MetaMask's link service (metamask.app.link). **Service providers.** We use providers to host Lance and its database (Railway), to run our domains and website (Amazon Web Services), and to host our documentation (Mintlify). They process data only to provide their service to us, under contract. **Legal and safety.** We may share data when the law requires it, to answer valid requests from authorities, or to protect Lance, our users or others from fraud, abuse or harm. **Business changes.** If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your data may pass to the new owner under this policy. We share data for any other reason only with your consent. ## 6. Cookies and browser storage Our website at lancetrade.xyz uses no cookies and no analytics. connect.lancetrade.xyz and app.lancetrade.xyz load no third-party scripts. Lance Trade uses only what it needs to work: | Name | What it does | How long it lasts | | - | - | - | | `__Host-lance_session` (cookie) | Keeps you signed in to Lance Trade. It stays on your device. | Until you clear it | ## 7. How long we keep it | Data | How long | | - | - | | Wallet connection links | Until they expire or are used. Expired links are deleted regularly. We store only a scrambled form (a hash) of each link. | | Lance Trade sign-in links | They work for 10 minutes and are deleted regularly after that. Only a hash is stored. | | Lance Trade sign-ins | Until the sign-in expires (up to 30 days), then deleted regularly | | Trading key | Wiped when it is replaced, renewed or removed. An expired key stays encrypted until you renew or remove it. | | Telegram account, wallet address, settings and trading activity | While you use Lance, then for 5 years for fee, accounting and legal records | | Server logs | Up to 30 days | | Backups | Overwritten within 3 months | | Data on Hyperliquid | Permanently, on the public blockchain. We cannot delete it. | ## 8. How we protect it * Trading keys and bot access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The encryption key is kept apart from the database. * Wallet connection links, sign-in links and Lance Trade sessions are stored only as hashes, so the stored values cannot be used to sign in. * The wallet page and Lance Trade run on their own domains, apart from our website, and load no third-party scripts. * Lance Trade's session cookie is limited to HTTPS and cannot be read by scripts. * Our database stores only a partly hidden form of your IP address. No system is completely secure. If you think your account or data is at risk, contact [official@lancers.technology](mailto:official@lancers.technology). If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the authorities when the law requires it. ## 9. Where your data is processed Our servers and database run on Railway in Singapore. Telegram and Hyperliquid process data in many countries. When we send personal data to service providers in other countries, we use the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses. Data reaches Hyperliquid and Telegram because you choose to use those services. ## 10. Your choices and rights You can do these yourself in your bot, at any time: * Change your settings, or turn off alerts. * See every browser signed in to Lance Trade, and sign out one or all of them. * Tap **Remove access** to delete that bot's trading key for you, disconnect your wallet from that bot and sign out of Lance Trade. The key stays listed on Hyperliquid until it expires, and you can remove it there. Remove access does not delete your Telegram ID, username or past trades, which we keep for fee and accounting records. To ask for those to be deleted, write to us. You need to give us your Telegram account and wallet to use Lance; without them we cannot run your bot. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, limit or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent you gave. To use these rights, email [official@lancers.technology](mailto:official@lancers.technology). We may ask you to confirm the request from your Telegram account through the bot. We will reply within the time the law sets. We may keep data that the law requires us to keep, and we cannot delete data held by Hyperliquid or Telegram. **India.** You may also nominate someone to use your rights if you die or cannot act. Our Grievance Officer is C Siva Prakash Reddy, at [official@lancers.technology](mailto:official@lancers.technology). If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. **European Economic Area.** You can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. ## 11. Children Lance is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. ## 12. Changes to this policy We may update this policy. We will publish the new version with a new effective date, and tell you through the bot or our website at least 14 days before a material change takes effect, unless a legal or security reason needs it to apply sooner. ## 13. Prices can move fast and you can lose all the money you put in. Lance is software: it does not give investment advice, manage money or trade on anyone's behalf. Trades are executed on Hyperliquid, a third-party exchange that is not affiliated with Lance. Lance is not available to persons in the United States, the United Kingdom and sanctioned countries.
